At Shafely we strive for satisfied customers. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your product within 14 days of receipt .
Returns conditions
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging .
- All parts must be complete and the product must be in the same condition as you received it.
How do you start a return?
Do you want to return a product? Please contact our customer service first. They will help you with the necessary instructions.
Return costs
- The shipping costs for a return shipment are at your own expense , unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example an incorrect or defective product).
- Delays due to customs checks are beyond our responsibility and are not a valid reason for return.
If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product (such as the wrong color or size), we will refund the return costs. In that case, you must contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt.
Refund
- Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether your return has been approved.
- Upon approval, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days .
- Please note that processing time may vary per bank.
Damaged or defective products
Have you received a defective or damaged product? Please contact our customer service immediately. We will ensure that you receive a replacement product or the purchase price is refunded.

Do you want to cancel your order? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it free of charge.
