Shipping Policy
We value fast and reliable delivery to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. Read more about our shipping process below.
Processing time
- Orders placed on working days before 4:00 PM will be processed the same day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
- Netherlands & Belgium: 5-12 working days
- Other European countries: 3-7 working days
- International Shipping: 7-14 business days
Please note: during busy periods such as holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Options
To meet different needs, we offer multiple shipping methods, such as standard and premium shipping. We recommend using our premium international shipping with insurance for Faster delivery and priority service for only €2.99.

- Netherlands & Belgium: free shipping
- Other countries: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

We work with reliable partners such as PostNL, DHL and DPD to deliver your order safely and quickly.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link that allows you to track your package.

Change of shipping address
Did you accidentally enter an incorrect address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to make the change, but if your order has already been processed, we cannot guarantee that the address can still be changed.
If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot be held responsible for delayed or undelivered packages.
Cancelling an order
We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. That is why you have up to 2 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation. To do this, contact our customer service and state your order number, then we will see what is possible.
